Train-Teasers™ - Jigsaw Puzzles

This program will provide hours of fun for train and puzzle fans of any age.

Hundreds of train related pictures are already included and it's up to the player to decide how difficult to make each puzzle. The number of puzzle pieces can range from below 100 to over 900, depending on the picture. Plus, players can choose to rotate pieces and have puzzles without corners to increase the difficulty level.

Once players have chosen their favorite picture, they can also choose to have the pieces spread out randomly, or appear in a grid-like fashion on their screen. A second window is available to assemble certain pieces or store them for later use. With a quick tap of the space bar, players can switch between the two windows. A thumbnail of the completed puzzle picture is also available for reference.

Once players have assembled the beautiful scenic train and model railroading related pictures, they can add their own. The program will accept JPEG, Bitmap, gif, Pcx and Targa files. A separate program is included to make unique puzzle creations simple and fun.

"Slider Puzzles" will definately take you back to the good ol' days. Remember those plastic sliding tile games where only one space was blank and you had to slide the pieces until the numbers were in the correct order? Well with "Slider Puzzles" you won't be able to pop the tiles off the board and snap them back into the right spot. If you're feeling clever try sliding the pieces of the puzzle together to complete one of scenic train pictures or one of your own personal favourites. The program will track the number of moves and the time it takes you to complete the game. For a greater challenge, try working with 144 pieces.

Train-Teasers™ - TRAIN Jumpers

"Train Jumpers" is a new twist on "Classic Concentration". Take advantage of scenic train pictures to create a challenging new game. The parts of the picture are laid face down out of order. As you click the tile back it turns and displays a piece of the picture. Next, click where you think it belongs and the two pieces quickly exchange places. If you picked the correct location, the picture stays up, if not both pieces turn to display the tile back. Switching puzzle pieces can make this game an alternative blast from the past.
